The ER Team at Brownsboro was top notch. I was kept informed and was able to be an active participant in my own care. The staff was very kind and tentative to every need. Makes me also proud to say I'm an employee of Nortons.
My first visit to this Hospital was wonderful! My Grandson was having some dental surgery and it went very smooth. The nurses and Doctors were very friendly and very good at what they do. Very kid friendly! My grandson is 3 and he was very comfortable. Never cried once. I would definitely recommend this hospital! The only thing if I had to complain is all the hospital gowns are alike. They have pink and purple colors in them and my Grandson refused to put on saying "it's for girls" ! They actually had to wait until he was kn... read more

I'm a Norton employee and I have to say not because I work for this company. But from when we walked through the front door I seen nothing but smiling employees and so many willing to help you find your way around. That right there is a big plus in my book!!! But I have to say all the Nurses and PCA's were wonderful and so caring on the 2nd floor . My husband is a very big jokester and the staff made us fit right in like we where apart of there family.. thanks Ladies for caring for my husband on 5/2
The care I received from Norton Brownsboro far exceeds any and all care that I've received from any other hospital. The staff is exceptional. They explain every single detail of what to expect and they make sure you understand it. Every single associate of the hospital greets you with a smile and is very friendly. They escort you every where you need to go. The facilities are awesome as well. I hope I never have to be in a hospital again. If I do, then I will come here and no where else!!
