Truly a horrible place. They don't care about anything but money. Norton hospital only scares you into taking so many extremely expensive tests that don't tell them anything. Completely useless tests. And now have destroyed my financial life. They want to put me on the street, they truly don't care, as long as they threaten you, and force their way into everything you own. I NOW LONGER TRUST THE MEDICAL PROFESSION, ALL A BUNCH OF CROOKS.
The staff was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone. Nice, knowledgeable. Thanks everyone at Nortons Brownsboro.
Excellent group of people. Do their jobs well.Caring and thoughtful. Nice. Always lending a helping hand. When needed. Especially Dr. Amitava Gupta. Awesome hand and arm surgeon.
We are from Glasgow ,Ky. and although we are only there for my sons dr appointment ; everyone from the security guard to random staff in the halls are INCREDIBLY kind and helpful! !!
Cleanest hospital I have ever stayed at. I would drive miles just to stay here again. The staff made me feel very comfortable that I forgot I was sick. Felt too much like a vacation 👍🏽
The nursing staff was terrible or may i say some of them were not doing there job not effective at all. Terrible experience for my husband.

They suck I went there and waited 4hrs to hear that they had an overflow from the ICU and they had no room in the ER... Even having patience being attended to in hallways... Also being in the waiting room where they're were very disrespectful Ppl talking loud laughing talking to other patients... And no staff member said anything or asked them to be quite.. I mean after all it's an emergency room where Ppl are sick and in pain.... Now I see what others are talking about ..it Use to be a good hospital and now they just SUCK
I just wanted to say thank you so very much Dr. Kelly, Tracey RN (I.V. Queen), and Eric (resident?). I finally found someone who listened to my symptoms and searched to find the answer without excessive testing but rather just enough to figure out what was wrong. After being sick for two months straight, going to multiple immediate care centers, I finally got answers. On the road to recovery now. Attribute everything to these three especially. You three rock.
