The wait in the ER was horrible!!! We got there at 1:30 and didn't get called back til 7!!
I was taking to Norton's Brownsboro hospital on Thursday October 6th and had to stay until Tuesday October the 11th and I can say that all my nurses was absolutely great on the 4th floor I love Megan Lauren Rosie and all my other nurses that took care of me on that 4th floor thanks for everything I want go to the other Hospital besides Norton Brownsboro hospital for now on

Incredible facility!! My wife was flown there after suffering a major stroke on Friday. They have taken such good care of Her and me. I feel very blessed and overjoyed that she is here receiving excellent treatment from this amazing staff.
I have dealt with intestinal issues for years that has had me visit numerous hospitals. This hospital is the best I have been in. Customer service is #1 from the time you're greeted at the door to the time you're escorted out. I want to thank the entire medical staff for going above and beyond their duties to make me as comfortable as I have been anywhere.
My son had ACL Reconstruction surgery and the front staff, (5:30am) as well as, his nurses in Day Surgery were amazing! We had Jenny and Susanna who got him started, Erin in Recovery, and Jenna who discharged us. The entire experience was excellent and the staff was more than professional yet wonderful with a 16 year old and his VERY nervous mom!! We also LOVE out surgeon: Dr. Samuel Carter!
The ICU staff was exceptional!!! Our nurse James was remarkably knowledgeable, showed empathy, sympathy and never once made us feel like he had other patients he needed to hurry off to. In fact, the entire staff ALWAYS made us feel comfortable, important, and as though we were their only concern. My family member passed away there on Monday and I could not have asked for a better staff nor a better experience than what was given to us.
