Thank you to the surgeons, nurses, and everyone else who has gone above and beyond for my step dad and mom. We've never been in the dark and we've felt so welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Absolutely phenomenal service & kind-hearted staff. God bless!
An hour in the waiting room watching people come in looking better than what I brought my spouse in for being given a room. We finally get called back an hour and half later. Waiting room only had 3 people in it... pass 5 empty rooms ready for patients only to be put on a bed in the hall. Wait another hour. In the 4 hours we were there we only had 2 people come and check on us.... found nothing wrong with leg.. went to ortho next day. Ortho laughed at er and found a severe case of tendinitis and a severally inflamed ligament... read more
The best hospital experience I have ever had, I was scheduled for outpatient surgery and everyone from the receptionist, admitting staff, nurses, and doctors went out of there way to make me comfortable. I won't go anywhere else, if I can help it.
My sister is a Stroke pt there NOW....She has received great care from the moment she was stat flighted in from Jennings Co hospital...Neurosurgeon-his staff, Neurologist-his staff, Hospitalist MD-his staff have been very caring and have explained everything to my sister, her husband and even me...And I can't say enough about the Nurses--Chelsey in recovery, Deb, Rebecca, Heather in 3rd floor ICU-and the PCAS too...and the ICU RN manager even visited us. And the great PT, 0T, and speech therapist... THANK you ALL !!

Beautiful, modern, clean facility with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Angela Hardwick is the best!
I just had hip replacement surgery here on May 18,2015. I was treated top-notch. The nurses answered me as soon I called for them.I liked the way they carry the phone in their pockets and they wright the numbers on the board in the rooms so that the patients can call the nurse or pca ,directly.Thank you for your excellent care.
