I have nothing to say but they are a wonderful hospital and excellent service there if I ever have to go back that's where I will go
My first experience of this hospital was a good one. The ER team were very nice and were quick getting to their patients. My grandmother was in a lot of pain and they did everything they could to make her comfortable. Once she was admitted which was not long at all, she went to floor 400. As soon as we got off the elevator we were greeted by her nurse. Awesome Hospital�� Everyone is so nice and caring. AND EVERYONE WASHES THEIR HANDS�����
The ED was pretty efficient and listened to me and I could tell they really listened and cared. Then when I was admitted to the 4th floor all hell broke loose.. they weren't giving me the proper dosages of my home meds and took way too long to give me my pain and nausea meds. So by the time I got the meds the pain was out of control. They also almost gave me a med that I am allergic to. I had to sleep on a couch because my bed had air moving around in the mattress and it made me vomit from motion sickness. Probably the most ... read more

Everyone was beyond awesome the best. The nurses and all the staff were the best.
I have nothing but praise for ALL staff at this hospital! I live close to 3 hrs away and was hesitant to drive that far for appointments, pre-op testing, surgery, etc. However, it was well worth the trip. From the patient registration desk to my doctor and everyone along the way, I was treated exceptionally well and my family was kept informed of my progress. Absolute rock star staff! Definitely will return here and recommend to anyone.
I must say that the staff, from the Doctors, Anesthesiologist, Nurses, and CNA's and Cafeteria employees are very professional, helpful, and attentive to the patients and families needs.The hospital is immaculately clean, and decorated beautifully. Thank goodness for the new Eastend bridge, because im only 15 minutes from my home. I will continue to come to this hospital for all my health care needs. I am really impressed and thankful for the excellent care they have provided for my son.
