I don't normally write reviews, but I have to make an exception here. Leanne and the team have been absolutely fantastic, they went way above and beyond to help me sell my property, we encountered a few issues on the way, they shared my frustrations and showed empathy, all staff in the office were up to date with my file, so anyone of them were always on hand to help and support me, the staff liaised between the buyers their solicitors and my solicitor, in the end we got there. Thankyou ever so much and forever grateful.

I bought my first home through Northwood and I can’t thank Olivia and Leanne enough. They were so helpful! They constantly chased solicitors, updated me throughout the process and constantly reassured me. The whole experience was a lot less stressful because of them.

The team in the newcastle office were amazing with the sale of my house, Olivia was on top over all the issues we had to overcome with our onward purchase. I would highly recommend Northwood if you are looking to sell your house

All of the staff at Northwood were great. Within a few days of my first telephone call, my property was on the market and had a list of people ready to view. When the first buyer pulled out of the sale at the last minute, Northwood had a number of people lined up ready to replace them. They kept a level head throughout what was a very frustrating situation for both us and them and were professional at all times.
