My surgeon Dr. Downey was excellent. All the staff that took care of me were wonderful. I would definitely choose Northwest Hospital again.
Very good service...the staff were nice and friendly. The place is clean. My doctor Dr. Sun surgeon and anesthesiologist Dr. Lu are super good and awesome.
All of the staff is very nice and helpful; they show they really care and interact with everyone.
This hospital and staff are the most kindness, caring hospital I have ever been in. They not only took care of me but my friend who was they to help me. My friend also has a service dog that they made more than welcome on the floor I was on. I mean noone wants to be in the hospital but if you have to be this hospital is where you will want to go because of the care both doctors, nurses and the whole staff give you. This hospital is the best.
Every person that came into contact with me was very friendly and made me comfortable. They also were truly appreciated in with their facts and what they would do if they were me. I can't say enough nice things about each person but thank you so much to my entire team
