Heard some unprofessional things about the services to a patient. A Pateints family member sleeping on the floor because no one knew where a bed was she could use. When told the following day “oh yeah we have some in storage you could have used” Also patient was sent home early and got worse. Patients family member stayed close due to conditions was luckily around to bring patient back to the hospital to have the doctor say “ you saved his life” by bringing him back in. Kaiser Permanente is misdiagnosing people with fibromyalgia to get out of treating their actual medical problems And everyone diagnosed with fibromyalgia at Kaiser Permanente should go somewhere else and be retested Also I believe they were giving me suicide pills to get me to kill myself so they would not have to treat me
Most of the nurses are fabulous and the ER departments DR Mary Myers is phenomenal- rthe few bad apples make it difficult essentially creating a hostile patient nurse and doctor relationship
I am so impressed with the nursing staff at NW. My sister passed away this week, and spent the last couple days at NW. The nurses were so gentle and kind. They made sure she was comfortable, and that we were also. Thank you for helping our family through a difficult time.
ER staff has 0 bedside manner.

I'm holding out hope I can improve this score, but our family is having a hard time communicating with the docs which hinders our ability to participate in her care, which is sad because she wont have much time left. I hope they wake up and bridge this gap so she hast the best chances and the best care. (Edit: for some reason messaging facebook ended up being the fastest way to get a response, and they did make efforts to improve communication. Improving score to reflect this.)
