Had total knee arthroplasty Monday and got our yesterday. The entire staff was fantastic from check in at the surgery center to all the nurses and staff at the hospital, pt, it, and the pharmacy on my way out. On the medical side I had no complaints. My only complaint of the whole experience was while the food was great, it was consistently cold when it arrives. Other than that all was great!
Great service, responsive care, thorough diagnostics. And the food is really good!
These are pretty awesome people here. My ER visit was so different from past experience. The team I had was so professional, efficient, compassionate and just wonderful!! Now I know what my friends mean when. They say bow much they prefer Northwest.
