RecommendedIt was a great place to work and had excellent care when I was a patient!
I gave birth to my 4th child here in February. I cannot recommend the childbirth center highly enough. The nurses were incredible. I used nitrous oxide during labor which is an option I never had before but I loved it. it helped relieve the anxiety and kept me focused in my breathing which helped ease the pain. It was also great to order room service whenever we were hungry. The food was great and affordable for my husband to eat. We stayed 2 nights due to minor complications and I have zero complaints.
Bad service, rude and incompetent staff !!! I'll discuss more with the top administrator and the media.
I have been to this hospital on different occasions and each time treaty with dignity, and respect. Their friendly behavior assist in my healing process. I have had and amazing experience. And I was not paid for this.
You need to teach you staff and executives some customer service skills. And tell you executives to stay out of Starbucks when your working on your own wealth management. It was sort of disgusting hearing about your trip planned to Japan when behind you there was a patient in a wheel chair left alone.

My mom is currently an inpatient at NW, having come through the ER with a bad case of respiratory syncytial virus, which can be dangerous in the elderly. Every single person, from the ER docs and nurses to the inpatient team right down to the respiratory therapist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, social work, and housekeeping, has been absolutely stellar. I cannot say enough good things about them. I look forward to coming back after her discharge with a very large plate of thank-you cookies.
Well I had a hip replacement here at 19yr old in 2915 and unknown medical conditions made me loose my entire blood supply and need many transfusions and they acted quickly and got me to IR (radiology) and went through my veins and stopped bleeding within 30min.
