My Husband and I have placed this facility with our Attorney for possible legal action. I would NOT go to this Hospital.

Doctor Paul Manor botched a hip replacement on me. He used the wrong part, broke my thigh bone and my legs were uneven (one shorter than the other). Obviously, I had to have it redone......by someone else. Afterwards, I contacted the NW Hospital risk/legal department and after many letters and sending in documentations of out of pocket costs, living expenses, lost pay, they said they would act accountable and pay up.
