I have lived in NW hospital for almost 6 weeks in the last 5 months while I get chemo for brain cancer. I stay in the day surgery wing. The drs and nurses are great. The food is great. My room is comfy and they're always cleaning and remaking my bed. I know I will get top notch care here. Here's to beating cancer in 2017!! Edit in 2017: I beat cancer!
The nursing staff and doctors were very good, supportive and friendly. My health, well being, and comfort was very important to them. I am very thankful for helping me get through my health issues and procedure.
My wife came in with a heart attack on Christmas Day. I can't tell you enough how grateful I am for their service and professionalism. Doctors were very sensitive to my wife's needs (this is Christmas day, mind you) and got us the information quickly. KUDOS to the 3rd floor Specialists who unselfishly helped my wife, in our gravest hour!!!
Want to give a big THANK YOU shout out to the Seattle Fire Department, Seattle Police Department, AMR ambulance service and NW Hospital ER Department for all your help and compassion yesterday after my hit and run car accident on Lake City Way and 125th! You all were great!!!!!
Just to let you know that we are very satisfied with the service of the hospital staff. They pay attention very closely to the patients and monitor their situation which makes the patients very happy. So I have a good reason to recommend this hospital to my loveones and friends.

I went thru Breast cancer 16 years ago and everybody treated me with so much respect! I Just wish they would return my calls ! I know now i have cancer again and i want answers yesterday not tomorrow! Please call me and do not make me wait My appt was Nov, 1st and just got in for MRI on the 23rd Hard for a person to go thru this and nobody explains to you how and when you will help me! :(
