My daughter had her baby at the Birthing Center at Nirthwest Hospital. She was 42 weeks and needed some help with induction and pain medication. Her nurses were responsive, respectful. Her room was nice. After almost 24 hrs her doctor helped her deliver a healthy baby girl. Which we love. Thank you.
I have been taken care of by the most friendliest and nice women. they're really good at their job. best hospital to get my hysterectomy done.
I can't say that we loved having my husband in the hospital for a week, but I can say that the ER Staff who checked him in and the staff who took care of him were top notch. This includes the nurses (happy nurses day!), the CNA's, phlebotomy techs, food service staff, housekeeping staff and even parking attendants! Thank you for what you do and for having management who clearly understands the hospitality aspect of serving your patients.
So sorry to hear the Med Info publication will now be available only via email. It hasn't been the same since under UW Medicine. Also miss the art that used to grace the walls of the cafeteria, most of it from local artists and for sale. Also sorry to lose some of the great doctors who used to practice at the NW Hospital campus. I know there are still great doctors, nurses and others at NW Hospital but some changes seem like losses for patients and the community.
Only one er nurse who had a STUDENT with him REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY IV AFTER CALLING 911 havent had no liquids loss weight servere stomach pain called him a jerk so he walk away in PAIN!!!!!!!!i was so glad when i got up stairs fifth floor was AWESOME BEST WISHES WHO CAME THURSDAY. STUDENTS NICOLE THEY WERE AWESOMENESS BED SIDE MANNER
Do not go to this hospital! Tonight I was assalted by one of the nurses in the E.R. Diane I was video taping the horrible care my husband was getting and the nurse hit my arm down!!! Yes, HIT ME! Yes, I'm made a police report. We'll see what happens. Go downtown or edmonds.
WORST HOSPITAL IN EXISTENCE. DO NOT GO HERE FOR IMMEDIATE AND EFFECTIVE TREATMENT. My mom almost lost my sister here when they refused to check her, thinking she was over reacting. My mother was bleeding out. I also just came back from this hospital a few days ago with my girlfriend who was sent to their ER in an ambulance. Well tonight I had the worst pain in my back I've ever felt. I went to the ER around 8pm and it took them until 1am to officially diagnose me with kidney stones. They gave me medicine to help and said it should last until morning when i was able to get my prescriptions. It wore off at 1:45 am. I took 800mg of ibuprofen and waited 2 hours to try and get past it at home. I ended up getting very nacious and the pain was not going away.
