I've had excellent service this morning. My service advisor Marion Chiaramonte was very friendly and professional. She exceeded my expectations. Fast and friendly service is what sets the tone for a good day.
I purchased my car from this Northwest Dodge and it was the best experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle. However tonight I'm extremely disappointed. I'm outraged every time I bring my car for a service appointment I've encountered problem after problem. I will never buy from this place again since service is this horrible.
Buying a new car can be very stressful, but my sales agent was excellent! Ty La was very informative and helped us narrow down the new jeep of our dreams! There so many options... 2 door, 4 door, hard top, soft top, Sport, Sahara, Rubicon and don't let me get started on color!
