RecommendedHad a local auto shop work on my Jeep and they killed it. Brought it to Dodge Ram Arapahoe and they found the problem and advised me what they had to do and how long it would take. Kip was a great help got a loner for three weeks and like he said it would be done. All I can say is I will be coming back for great service. Dodge fixed my Jeep, runs great just priceless. Thank you Kip for what you did for me. Also thank the mechanic’s for a great job. Thank you

RecommendedJust moved to Cleveland and took vehicle to Crown for an issue. The entire service crew was courteous, they explained the problem, even went for a ride with me in vehicle, problem solve on time and was a great experience!

Went in Saturday to order a 2020 Redeye. The guy who took my name and number said the guy who “does the new car ordering” was off and they’d call me Monday. Welp. It’s almost Wednesday. Haven’t heard. I went to Rotolo, they ordered for me right away and I’m excited for my F8 Redeye to be here in 6-8 weeks! :)

They made me wait almost 2 hours for what they said would take about an hour with no update and no explanation. When they were finally done they handed me my paperwork and walked away without a word. There was issues with my car and I had to hunt them down to have it explained to me. They then blamed somebody else for the problem. Thankfully it wasn't too serious but what are they doing to other people who may have serious problems. I don't trust them I don't recommend them.
