Nothing short of a nightmare. Worst experience ever! Would never in a million years recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Using the words Customer service is a joke with this place, they have no idea of what those words mean especially in the service department. After buying a car cash, which I thought would make the process a lot less painful turned out to be the exact opposite. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A GO ELSEWHERE!

Zero attention to detail. Paperwork erroneous and riddled with mistakes. Extremely poor customer service after the sale. I/ We have been trying to get follow-up customer service since 1st/2nd of July for missing wheel lock key and refund on new truck purchase June 30. No one calls back as promised. Check is not sent as promised. Basically they could care less after sale is made. We very much regret doing business with them. ☹️😡

RecommendedWaylan did an amazing job for us on the recent purchase of my Daytona Charger. Being from out of town he took plenty of good pictures & videos that represented the car perfectly. When we got to the dealership the paperwork took no time at all & the car was cleaned up/filled up for our return trip home!
Waited 2 hours for an oil change. Then I get a bill for $100 FOR A LEASED VEHICLE?! Toyota drops off a loaner vehicle from Richmond at no charge..
