Personnel are awesome from sales to service. My Service Advisor Marion Chiaramonte made sure I understood everything. I came in with a nail in a tire on my 2016 Ram 1500, got to love Houston streets, it was too close to the sidewall and had to be replaced. She expressed my repairs, went over the warrenty, made sure it was in stock and had a tech get on asap to reduce my wait time. Thanks Marion Rosen your the bomb.

When we bought our first car here we loved the experience and our salesman Micah. We loved it so much we came back and bought our second car here from Bob and have had nothing but problems ever since then. We were going to come back in December and buy my son a car but definitely not coming now. We were telling everybody to come up here but not anymore.
