Very awesome service professionals! Have been taking our vehicles since 2007.
If I could rate a negative zero I would. Thanks to these guys we are in Austin with no vehicle. We picked up our truck Friday after it was there for 3 weeks and a day later we are 2 or more hours away from home and have to have the truck towed to a local Who is more than willing to help get the issue fixed. (Covert Chrysler in Austin).

Marion great customer service, she's Winnie the Pooh's #1 fan. I would give them 5 stars however they didn't properly latch hood after service.
Why is this dealership always backed up in the service department? Vehicle under warranty sits for 7-10 days after appointment date before it is even looked at? No loaner car options? Vehicle is under WARRANTY and monthly payments are still being made on that vehicle. How about they make 1/3-1/4 of my monthly car payment and I will gladly rent a car while my car sits. Otherwise, hire more help.
I have been a customer for 5 years now and I too have been impressed with Marion Rose Chiaramonte and the way she makes me feel like family and an important part of the Northwest family of customers. I come back even when I live 3 miles from Allen Samuel's and 22 miles from here. Hats off to her for doing such a great job!
Marion Rose Chiarmonte is the best Service Advisor at the dealership. She is kind and courteous and always takes good care of her customers!! Ask for her every time!
