Bought a 2012 ram 3500 an ask if it has been serviced an they said yes . Well guess what it had nothing done to it so I had to change the oil,fuel ,an air cleaner . An u never get the guy who runs the place to call u back . Good luck getting anyone to call u back. I live 2 hrs a way an some one finally called back an said come back an we will service it. Told them I did it already. They said send us the recipit for a refund . I am going to send a recipit to them an probably never see a pennie. They don't even have a service ... read more

IN and OUT in 2 days! They replace my lifters and cam shaft all under warranty. The service was fast and I could not be happier with Kevin. He was very professional and made sure my Challenger (my White Knight) was taken care of. Thank you NORTHWEST DODGE! ♡
Great place to buy a vehicle, parts dept. is great also, but service dept. needs some improvement...they have been getting better, but still not too happy with the service team :(
