Waiting 4 hours for car wash, oil change, tire rotation plus computer software update. 4 hours later find out they have not even started step one. Disastrous. Time to find a new dealership.
My Wife and I have had a fair amount of dealings with Northwest Dodge since 2015 . In the past the management was not good at all! but now I must say that is in the past! . The service and professionalism is now equal to the outstanding prices and quality products they sell . Mike Cruse helped us find the perfect Truck to meet our budget and needs ( Sorry it took all day Mike ) .Thank you for a great buying experience.
We have to date bought 4 Jeeps from them with no issues... service can be kinda slow but it's usually pretty packed so I understand. But all in all Customer Service is very friendly. We will buy Jeep #5 sometime next year I am sure!!!
Sorry ass customer service .. Never buy or get vechicle Service there again.. they make promises they can not delivery on.
Great treatment while buying my car, but the first time I attempted service was a disaster! I was convinced to buy a service contract which included 3 free oil services and car wash ( I was reluctant to purchase because of the distance to the dealership from my home). Being told I have to drop my vehicle off for o e to two weeks for warranty repairs! Who can go without a vehicle that long. NO Free loaners car either. Their service department has been an issue for years now! Was considering a Grand Cherokee but I think I will go to Honda where they have feee loaner cars!!!
