Bought a 2013 Nissan Altima from them in September of 2015. From the moment I went in to sign for the car I was mislead! I was lied to and ripped off!!! These people are con artist and did a bait and switch on me! They took advantage of me because I'm a woman! It's prejudice and hope the lawyer I hire can get me some justice! Also they told me I had extended warranty but found out today when my car wouldn't start that I have NO warranty at all!!!!!! These people are pieces of shit! Don't buy from them!
I highly recommend this dealership to everyone, i bought a 2016 Dodge Ram. I am very happy with the service that Marcos the sales person & Moises Avila the finance man provided to me and my husband. Honestly we didn't have to wait along time. Usually when you go to a dealership you spent almost the whole day there specially on a Saturday. We spent less than 2 hours, they move really fast. Thank you for the Great Service!
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IS RUDE! THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS!!! DONT TAKE A FLEET VEHICLE THERE. YOU WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS FOR A FEW DAYS WAITING AROUND FOR THEM TO DO AN OIL CHANGE. SMH. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. You will not get good customer service from this dealership, once a sale is made you are history. We have yet to hear back from our sales rep as to when we are to return for items that were to be repaired on Demo vehicle we purchased. They claim their vehicles are FULLY inspected and all Demos are well taken care of but upon inspection during the day (purchase at night, biggest mistake) there is damage on vehicle they failed to notice and disclose. With past experience we've had there, they most likely will claim we did it. ... read more
