Service department is completely useless. They want you to make an appointment to drop your car off and leave it for 3 days before they will even look at it. What a joke. Since it is my only car, what do I do in the meantime, not work? I have had nothing but trouble from them since I bought the car a year ago. Even the "free" oil change takes 3 hours. I'd rather pay someone else. I had no problem with sales dept but no way will I EVER buy another vehicle from them.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from them and going to get another. They always take care of me and fight to get me what I want for what I want.
Not pleased at all with the service department. When I dropped my Jeep off last Wednesday, there was ONE guy taking service requests. There were 3-4 guys standing around visiting while 4 of us customers waited -- seems that they could only help with "quick" service -- oil change, etc. My car has been there for over a week with absolutely no updates. The coustomer Service was terrible in the service side. I will never bring my truck here again.. I do not recommend it at all. People do not come here go somewhere else.
I had to give them a 3. The sales team is great. The Service dept. gets a 1. I bought my truck on 4/18/16, it has 2200 miles and they have replaced the O2 sensors, computer, and now the engine wiring harness. The last job they said 3 days then maybe 6 or 7 days. 90% of the time I have to call for an update and 90% of that I can't get my advisor on the phone and drive there to get it. NWD sold me a used car and pu me upside down on the loan 20,000.00. I was a first time buyer and they took complete advantage of me. Promised i could refinance in 6 months. 2 years later istill cannot refinance due the crooked way they wrote the loan andthe upside down factor. They do not return my calls after telling me poeple were fired and they would fix this. I've paid 18,000 already and still owe 28,000. On a car isnt even worth 13,000. These people are snakes be very wary.
