we just went on a long driving trip to Provo, UT, then St. George for softball, winding down to Peoria, Az to pick up Ethan and his GF while visiting Sondra’s parents; Then, circling back up to Vegas to visit Aaron and celebrate Ethans 21st. While in St. George, the AC went out and we were only half way done. We never saw temps less than 100 degrees the entire trip. If I could put "o" stars I would. I bought my Jeep brand new here. A year and 3 months into owning it the touch screen completely went green. Took the vehicle in and had it replaced. A month later my backup camera goes out. Take it in again and they replace it. Two days after getting it back the back up camera goes out again. The people are great, the quality of service is AMAZING, and the quality of vehicles and continued service after the sale is OUTSTANDING!!!!!
I called because I was having problems starting my Jeep. Misty was very helpful and got me in right away. After a few diagnostic procedures they found out the problem was in my ignition switch, which they replaced. All good. Thanks, Misty. Very good customer service. I highly recommend them.

Ken Baker sold me a van couple of months ago - dozens of phone calls - visit to the dealer - still no action. HORRIBLE Customer Service! They owe me a REBATE and keep telling me the check is in the mail. These guys are not trustworthy.
Had to by a car last minute in January of this year went here to get a vehicle ended up buying a 2016 Dodge Dart when looking over the car I asked the salesman for some changes and was promised and assured changes would be made they weren’t and it led to me spending more money somewhere else to fix one issue and new issues with the car. still haven’t heard back from them on the other issues gave up on trying to resolve them the salesman just wanted to sell a car.
