She was so pleased with the service that when I wanted a signet ring valued I had no hesitation in going back. Northumberland Goldsmiths is a family-run firm and Matthew and the team give a professional but very friendly service. We have no hesitation in recommending them.
First time in this goldsmith's and I am extremely satisfied with my visit. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered the shop. They couldn't have done enough to help and to make us feel at ease. The gold prices at this goldsmith's are the best about, they beat any other competitors around. What a lovely family run business. I was warmly greeted and had good conversations with the owner as well as Matthew was sorting out an amazing price for my scrap gold. This was my first time “weighing in” gold and if I ever need to again I will definitely be going back to them. Amazing service, people and prices. Highly recommended.
