Went to see Jeep. Salesman that called me back wasn't there and neither was the Jeep. They never called back or produced the Jeep.

I drove nearly 3 hours to visit a different dealership with a similar vehicle. After having a horrible experience there, I popped over to Northtowne with no prior contact and had a great experience. I knew exactly what I was looking for, all of the staff was very helpful and nice. We did some negotiating, not a lot, but a little. (The price of the vehicle was cheaper than I could have gotten it near me anyway.) I did purchase the vehicle and am happy with my experience.
