The salesman I spoke to on the phone was helpful. However, even after getting paperwork done at my bank and setting up a time to test drive the truck, the dealership sold it while I was driving to their location. I did not appreciate that at all. I understand that they can't necessarily wait on someone, but I do not think it is helpful for them to conduct business that way. All that did is make it so I want to find something from a different dealer.

We can not hold a vehicle if someone is physically here and ready to buy it unless we have a non-refundable deposit on the unit. Very nice. This car was a trade in and they advised had been driven hard and not worth buying. I asked them to keep looking for a car and then later that day found a car I bought. Follow up call from the dealership and I told them I was treated very professionally. I would shop there again.
