I bought a used car from this dealer. It first appeared that the dealer wasn’t motivated to sale the car taking multiple days to get back in touch and they renegotiate a price after we agreed over the phone on the deal, but what can you really expect from a car dealer!

I purchased a used vehicle from Henry Lomax at Northtowne Group. He was easy to work with and low pressure type of salesman. I also had their service dept work on my VW when it needed repair work (that went wrong at another shop). They set me up in a very nice loaner car and worked with me on the pricing. I would recommend them to others.

Once I got in contact with someone, which took several days and was quite frustrating, the car had already sold. There were at least three emails from the dealership saying that "someone would contact me" and after a couple days I decided to email and call. No one answered the phone, but I finally got what was not just a canned reply via email.
