The dealer wasn’t attentive at all. They kept mixing up my name. They always called me something different and had different vehicles pulled up.

Very helpful and very communicative! Spoke with many different dealers and they were the most down to earth and accommodating! I purchased this vehicle from them in California and I'm in Arizona. They help me arrange shipping and signing of my papers all from the comfort of my home.
Went in to check out a QX30, which was very nice, but walked away with another more spacious SUV and a better fit for my needs. Jonathan was very helpful, attentive and accommodating. The warranty and the service detail on my 2017 Escape was a great bonus. I'd shop here again.
Fine test drive experience. Clear communication, car was ready for me when I arrived. Ultimately interested in a different make and model so did not purchase, but good overall experience.
Did not have the car I wanted. Advertised a car they did not have in the proper trim. Not really willing to deal on these 'mistakes'. The Luther dealerships seem to make this a practice vase d on two others I have been too. Won't due any kind of internet deal which makes it doubly disappointing when you drive 200 miles and then back with no deal or car.
