We were out of town and didn't want to miss the opportunity to buy the car. Had the in laws go test drive and confirm it was in good shape, did all the pre purchase items while driving home from Nebraska, all we had to do was walk in, sign the papers and leave with the car. Marvin was great to work with.

Dealer was very easy to work with. Got back to us right away. Went and test drove the car and then liked it so much we purchased it.
I'm giving 2 stars because of the prompt response I received from the sales associate, Greg. I echo a previous reviewer's post regarding Genesis vehicles being extremely overpriced compared to the competition. The one in particular is nearly $3500 over and is currently the most overpriced Genesis G90 on Cargurus. If the dealer is wondering why the car has not sold in over 60 days, just look at your price! If it were priced fairly, I would be a buyer.

On Cargurus we didn't have all the equipment and options added in, unlike other websites that we post inventory in where they populate equipment, options and so on. We adjust values on a monthly basis. One other fact is, the values on CarGurus are based on Auction reports and other data, the Genesis is a low volume auto and for the most part the one's at Auction are not the prime examples. Would not deal on his 5 to 6 K above market price. All His Genesis cars were 5 or 6 K above market. Did not want to deal one bit.

We agreed on a price. I flew to Kansas City; they picked me up at the airport; the car was ready; and the paperwork was ready. My sales rep Marvin sat with me and demonstrated the controls and fine points of the car, then got us on the way. No hassles at all, a very pleasant experience.
