Four weeks have passed now and still waiting on someone to come and check out the work they completed on my roof. Called many times but just get the usual ‘fob off’ that someone will be calling to check it out. After sales service non existent and could have been far more professional. Could mention a few other concerns but ‘hey ho’ that’s what you get unfortunately and let’s face it how many people go up a ladder to check out work on a roof! You trust people to do a good job and sometimes it backfires.
The men from Northside roofing Mark and Will have just finished doing my roof. It took them 3 days and they were friendly, polite and very good workers. Really pleased with the result and would highly recommend them. Thank you Northside 😊
