I like that they are always on time and let you know when they are arriving. They are always cheerful and knowledgeable about their products. Zach was great. Was great working with him.

First experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in conjunction with Northern's One Hour Heating. Zack was very knowledgeable about water heaters. I was grateful for his expertise and he explained just exactly what he was doing through out the whole process(draining the water heater). Happy, friendly and did a great job. Like the idea of showing who was coming in advance along with their name. Facial recognition is a plus for Northern's One Hour Heating!

Had a great experience this morning. Call last night because our furnace stopped running. Shawn showed up first thing in the morning and had my furnace up and running in 15 mins. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
