The techs were perfect. They came well within the specified time slot. I had them install a garbage disposal and a new kitchen faucet. Both were done quickly and expertly. They were super courteous and asked frequently if I had any questions. They explained everything perfectly and I was very satisfied with the work done.
It was Saturday night and we realized the drain was backed up in basement with water flowing. We called Benjamin Franklin because I had used them before and had a good experience. They put us on a standby list for Sunday meaning that there was no specific time but I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. I assumed I might be waiting all day but I received a call Sunday morning before 7:30 and we agreed to an 8:30 Service call. Kevin arrived promptly and was very thorough and explained each step.
