Matt was here first thing this morning. He serviced my furnace to make sure it is ready for winter. We discussed my old thermostat and he offered me a couple of new options. I chose one and he was able to get it installed today and teach me how to run it. He replaced my furnace filter and whole house humidifier filters so they are ready to go for a while, too. He is a very pleasant and polite person.
Gary has been to our house for checkups a few times now. He is great! He’s polite and professional. It’s always a pleasure to see him.
Ben was my service man. Removed old furnace &replaced with new one in about 1/2 day. Big job for one guy. Worked hard without a break and always was open for questions. I’ve been a customer of One Hour for over 10 yrs. I’d have to rate 5 stars + A+.

My service technician- Shawn delivered the bad news- I needed a new furnace. He even showed me the cracked chamber. I had to excuse myself to have a personal meltdown and think it over. When I came back Shawn was very understanding and helped to prepare me to buy a new furnace. He called the man who handles that process but he was not able to get to my house that day.
