Emmanuel showed up on time. Scheduled for 10:00 to noon and arrived about 10. First time that has ever happened 🤗. Called about 25 minutes before arriving. Did great work. Very professional! Second time we’ve used Benjamin Franklin and would definitely use them again!
Arrived in a timely matter. Explained what needed to be done, ordered the parts and will be back to install them later this week.
