Do not use this company for anything! Had one come out tonight to clean our boiler vent, lost hot water. Something else he also did, he turned off our water, which is in a totally separate area than our boiler, that was unnecessary and uncalled for. Jason, came in and did not have any equipment to clean our boiler vent with, even though we asked more than 5x when we initially called, that we needed someone just to clean it. I am so impressed with everyone from this company we have talked and worked with over the last few days. The gentleman who came out for our service call Friday was super kind and did his best to fix our HVAC but sadly it was from 1996 and needed to be replaced. The Comfort Specialist who came out Saturday (in the miserable heat) was super patient and helpful when we went over our options and booked our AC/Furnace replacement for Tuesday!
