Gary was very professional and very polite. I called after my furnace was blowing out cold air. Gary checked everything he could to find the problem and make the furnace blow hotter. After he was done he explained and told us how we could save money on this call and Future calls.
Aaron seemed very knowledgeable was willing to explain everything but he missed the cracked heat exchanger on inspection then charged me $550 to replace a blown motor fan that is now useless as i had to replace the entire furnace. The company is not returning my calls in regards to a refund. False advertising. Bad 👎company stay away!!
