We just had our whole system replaced. Our 21 year old AC went out last Friday and now we have a high end, high efficient furnace/ AC as of 4pm today. Great customer service, outstanding turn around, and i get the feeling I will be taken care of if anything is of issue. If it was not for the initial AC tune up/inspection, I wouldn't have known the heat exchange was cracked and would be potentially leaking carbon monoxide gas this winter.
