Pretentious and unhelpful. Called ahead of time to have my £30k Rolex serviced and was told I could walk in at any time. Arrived and was met with a child who insisted I needed to spend 25 minutes waiting to be seen.

What an incredible experience! I had the pleasure of visiting the newly revamped showroom and from start to finish the service was outstanding. Class is an endangered attribute in today’s self-centric culture… happily, it exists in abundance at Northern Goldsmiths. Manager David is the absolute epitome of conviviality, while Anthony is a master of fine service.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I went in to try on two rings I had seen in the window but was told that I would need to either come back later or make an appointment. There was 4 members of staff just stood there talking looking bored and disinterested! I went and spent my hard earned cash next door at their sister company who offered exceptional service
