Lin made what could have been a really overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable. She was patient, honest and incredibly helpful throughout, taking the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What I appreciated most was how genuine and knowledgeable she was. It felt like she actually cared about helping me make the right choice rather than just making a sale. Excellent customer service and a really positive experience overall.
My dad and I recently went into Northern Goldsmiths on the 6 June to purchase a pre owned certified Rolex Explorer 1. I had been engaging with Colin Hogarth exchanging emails and phone calls regarding the watch where he was professional and helpful throughout. What nice staff, I was attended to by Jake and blonde lady today who also made me a gorgeous signature cocktail. Such really nice helpful staff couldn't help enough nice shopping experience
