Dr. Westerkamm removed my sons tonsils and adenoids and he and the nurses and everyone who helped did absolutely wonderful. A beautiful hospital and such nice people!
My daughter was bite by a dog, they quickly got her name and information, got us back for triage, the Dr was good, she didn't introduce herself at first, but over wonderful experience. The staff was very sweet!! Thanks so much
North crest should be shut down, the whole place including the care center. I'm so tired of being treated like shit. If you have the same problems I would love to hear from you. Maybe if enough of us call channel 5 news and complain maybe they will get investigated. Something needs to be done. They don't even deserve a star. They make fun of patients and judge people. Had to bring my Fiancé here a couple of weeks ago because he sliced his finger open cutting metal. Was taken back within seconds literally seconds of getting inside the waiting room. His nurse Lindsey was absolutely wonderful and the PA who stitched his finger up was wonderful as well as personable. Great experience here as well as great teamwork! Also,his finger has healed very nicely!
My wife was diagnosed with a migraine, and told she had been there before for migraines. Wrong she has never been there for a migraine. Her doctor told her today she had tia. A very serious condition. WE will not return to your hospital. The last time she was there for leg pain, the ER told her she had anxiety and restless leg syndrome. Another misdiagnosis. Thank God she finally has insurance. Before we were rushed through as though we had the plague.
I debated about going to the ER for treatment, but after the staff narrowed my problem down to a large kidney stone I was glad I went. They were very thorough in their diagnosis and treated me like they wanted to get to the bottom of my problem. Everyone was very courteous and attentive to my needs.
well i loved the actual hospital staff they were friendly fast and knowledgeable not so much the ER staff
