First off, I was waiting in the waiting room for three hours. I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant and I was having severe pain in my lower abdomen and my back. My original purpose for going in was because I was extremely lightheaded and nearly passed out at work. They gave me a pretty sound diagnosis for the lightheadedness, but then they blamed my pains on a uti. The uti, might I add, is very mild and really shouldn't have been causing any pain at all. Went with a bad panic attack n they only have me tynelol.i don't like that hospital.
My wife took my daughter up there tonight. She fell off the bed encounter face very badly, and knocking her teeth in! After nearly 4 hours there just sending her home with antibiotics. They let a 2 year old baby sit there covered in blood hurt and nothing! They should be ashamed of them selves!!!
I guess Northcrest is ok they have their flaws but what hospital doesn't I mean from time to time we as humans can't be perfect. I like Vanderbelt, but there waiting time is far to long... Northcrest Medical is very fast compared to Vanderbelt but as far as a diagnosis Vanderbelt usally hits the nail on the head Northcrest does an ok job but at times they dont have time to treat you problem so they do a quick fix just to get to the next person but over all they do a better job than some doctors I know
Took daughter to ER, she ended up with emergency appendectomy. She couldn't have been in better hands. Very caring people and excellent service from admission to discharge.
I can't begin to say Thank You enough to the entire staff, from the folks in the ER to the great nursing staff on the 2nd floor. I was really sick and didn't realize just how sick until they told me and immediately started taking great care of me. I stayed for 4 days and was attended to by great nurses and fabulous techs from respiratory. Thank You again, the care you gave me was very appreciated. I now plan on moving all my doctors to Springfield as a result of this visit.
2nd floor nurses and Tech's were excellent. Took good care of me!!
