I love Northcrest Medical Center. I had all my babies there. Anytime I've gone there for any procedures or testing I've been treated with kindness and concern. Highly recommend!
My son had a allergic reaction took him to the ER and he received the best care as possible until they could get him transported to Vanderbilt for pediatric care ! We even had the best ambulance ride,the paramedics was very responsive and gave him the care he needed.
Very friendly staff and volunteers! Very clean facility as well! Oh and the Doctor was great as well!
Although everyone was very nice it seemes like they were lacking the ability to understand that we werent simply an add on to the day we were actually sent to rule out an appendicitis with my 14 year old and been sent straight from the drs office (where our original appointment was)but there was not one ounce of urgency with almost anyone we encountered. I understans of you are a work in you should wait till after previously scheduled appts bit whem beimg sent for a possible medical emergency there should be alittle bit more... read more
