From the time I checked into emergency until I checked out after having gallbladder removed I recieved nothing but fantastic care and attention from both doctors and nurses. My surgeon Dr. Sanders even went as far as arranging my second procedure with another hospital for the next day do to obstruction. Being that it was my first experience ever in an emergency room/hospital I cannot express enough how thankful I am they even let my husband stay in the room with me both nights and ensured he had everything he needed as well.... read more
Not just from a surgical waiting room volunteer prospective but as a patient as well. Ive had several procedures and was treated very well by all staff. Good hospital and drs at Northcrest.
A physicians assistant!! Diagnosed with pink eye, when clearly I was having an allergic reaction .. lips swollen whelps eye swollen (not red or pink or leaking!).. next morning my throats was almost closed all the way up and my whole face full of whelps. I get diagnosed wrong every single time and end up right back some where else!
Best hospital I've ever been admitted into. Vanderbuilt and Tenova have nothing on y'all. Better service. Better doctors. Y'all really know how to treat a person and I want to thank y'all for taking care of me.
The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. The pre-op postop in and surgery nursing care was phenomenal. They made sure that my husband and myself are very well taken care of from start to finish. I've always heard bad things about this hospital but from self experience I wouldn't go anywhere else
My daughter had her son there on the 19th. They were fast, kind, respectful, understanding, and ALL of the staff were pleasant to be around. Glad she came here..
