Had surgery on December 20th. The nurses were extremely nice, especially Caroline..?? She went above and behind to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Davis is an awesome Doctor.
I had a few appointments up at NorthCrest Medical Center today to finally move my doctors up to Springfield. I cannot begin to tell you how easy it was. Navigating the campus was effortless, the staff were all friendly and attentive, and I was in and out in no time - actually getting called back BEFORE my appointment time. Since this is often never the case at a medical practice, I thought I would share. 🙂
For any patient with PTSD, this place is the epitome of unsafe and their protocol entirely threatening and dehumanizing. They treat you explicitly AS THE VERY STIGMA that people with PTSD and mental health issues fight against daily. It's as if they have no knowledge, whatsoever, of the condition, its symptoms, and most of all, its triggers. Unsafe and damaging/destructive. Avoid it at all costs. I genuinely wish I could shout it from a bullhorn.
The staff was Absolutely Amazing to my husband after his knee surgery- they made sure all his needs were met.

I have been laying in ER for 3 hrs waiting to get realized . I know there game the longer u lay in that bed the more they charge.
EVERYONE here is awesome! Doctors, nurses, techs, students, housekeeping and everyone else have been kind, caring and professional. The food was good too. We are thankful for receiving good quality healthcare at NorthCrest Medical Center.
Wonderful staff very impressed! They were all concerned about my wellbeing as if I were there only patient. I would recommend if you need there services,
