I’ve been struggling with crippling abdominal pain and throwing up for at least a year. My husband has taken my three times to Northcrest attempting to figure out what’s wrong. Every time they say nothings wrong, and send me on my way. Last week, we were back with my 10/10 pain and they again said nothing was wrong, and I’d be fine. My dad was in the CCU.The nurses took very good care of my dad. And very understanding of my mother she was in and out of the CCU at all hours of the day and night checking on my dad. They would ask us if she needed anything. They explain What they was doing to him.Why they was doing it. And when we decided to take him off life support. The charge Nurse come in and stayed at my mother side and explain to her everything that was doing. And after he passed they gave us time in the room to say our goodbyes. Very nice staff but long wait times in the emergency room. My son broke his arm two summers ago when he was 4 and they did not get in any hurry. (That’s to be expected at an emergency room, tho!) very sick or very injured patients come first. Great hospital overall!
I broke my left hip March 18th, had surgery here. I was highly pleased with every phase of my care and treatment. yesterday, June 18th, I broke my left hip as,I loaded my Walker into my car,I am back,and the tender professional care is still the same.
I just left the ER with my daughter. She was in pain and afraid and I was nervous as well. We went to the ER, was called back immediately, and saw a dr immediately. Dr Nani (Noni?) and the male RN on duty were great with her, spoke in words she understood, listened to her and made her feel assured she was in good hands. Fortunately, she is fine and we are home but I am so glad they were there.
Friendly, knowledgeable people.
