The staff in day surgery were knowledgeable and made sure that I knew what would be done and.kept me informed about what was being done
The nuse dose not now how to listen to any thing at all I was try tell her that I no need to breathe pump machine any more and she did not listen to me. One bit she , Very bad attitude with me and my staff had the nerve tell me that I wood have to get sugery again when I ready had sugery one and I told her that I was not plan to get sugery Again . And it was going against my rights . She did not care .the nuse that seen me with Jessica .i was not to happy with her services at all..
I had a great experience with the staff after my surgery on June 16th was depressed cause no family was able to stay with me but everyone at the hospital that I came in contact with was very nice and caring
had a aortogram yesterday and the staff was top notch. I couldn't have felt more comfortable. They just need to improve on the grooming service 😂🤣😂 Thanks again for making me feel so comfortable for a procedure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my opinion
Dear NorthCrest Medical Center, I would like to let you know of my experience of services rendered today at your facility.I’ve never been to your facility & I must say it was a horrible first time visit. From the entrance to nurses talking about tequila. I would leave a review but reviews are unable to be left on your business page. I must say communication at Northcrest is horrible! Feel a lot safer here than Nashville under current situations. Staff is nice, found lots of friends of friends.
