RecommendedI had to go the ER tonight, I was terrified of going because ,I've had horrible experiences in the past with Northcrest ER, it was the total opposite tonight the staff was polite and courteous they took me serious and listen to me. The nurse was outstanding and the doctor was awesome I would just like to say thank you to all the staff that took care of me tonight it was greatly appreciated

My husband had surgery here yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the time we got there until the time we left, every employee or volunteer we encountered was just as polite and helpful as they could be. They certainly made what could have been a day full of anxiety just as calm and smooth as could be. Kudos to the whole same day surgery team. Yours attention and kindness is appreciated!
I got put in a room for 2 hours before being seen by a nurse for 3 min then sent for X-rays and back to room to wait another 3 hours. Service was very slow no reason I should of had to be here for 5 hours the parking lot & waiting room was empty. I will never come back here.
They saved my husbands life at the age of 49 He was having a heart attack They still have the highest safety score of any small community hospital So proud of NorthCrest Medical Center
we came here at 11pm and its almost 2am and still no results! I sent my son home because he has school in the morning! this place is a horrible hospital! Let this place be your last resort! They need to just throw the entire hospital away!

I live in clarksville tn where tenova is which is the worst hospital ever i left there wed/Thursday morning after waiting for a room to go into for 4 hours with a ruptured gallbladder and they just left me to wait. Came all the way to northcrest and got treated like a queen the staff is amazing even at 4am in the morning best crew hands down thank u guys so much great job
The nurses in the ER were rude to me and were very slow, although there seemed to be more than enough of them. The doctor was so slow. With everything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
