After waiting for three hours and seeing someone called in who arrived after us all we were told "I have no control who they call or what order they are called in and you've only been here for THREW HOURS.". This is our first and last visit here! This place is unorganized and has very rude
The CCU physicians, Nurses, respiratory therapists, and physical therapists are excellent - second to none anywhere!!! They literally saved my son's life, and treated him and our family with compassion and dignity throughout his stay.
Brenda had her hip replaced at NorthCrest by Dr. Beauchamp. The whole experience was great. Everyone from volunteers to the Doctor were on their game and focused on care and concern. They were pleasant and available to help. It appears to have been successful and we cannot say enough about NorthCrest and Dr. Beauchamp. Good news will travel fast.
This was the best hospital experience hands down! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door with smiling faces and very friendly staff! The nurses were very helpful and caring, the Doctor was amazing! Thank you Northcrest for treating us like family! Definitely recommend by us!
The ER is slow and the staff is nonchalant. Had to bring my 9 yr. old daughter because she broke her arm, waited 20 minutes for triage and still couldn't get her anything for the pain. Had some guy moaning like he was gonna pass a kidney stone and no one was paying him any attention. Oh, and I can't forget the smell of feces.
Went to the emergency room, they took forever and weren't very welcoming.
Had a hysterectomy there had to spend the night. I couldn't ask for better people to take care of me. Been to slot of hospitals but never seen one like northcrest.
We have always had compassionate, competent and caring treatment. The staff r very conscientious about their jobs and render services proudly. I'm a nurse and feel very good about my family member being here. NorthCrest is an asset to Robertson County. God bless each of you!
