We stayed in a one bed pod called The Fez. Beautiful decor and furniture. Added bonus of private hot tub. Lovely unexpected welcome goodies from the owner. Gorgeous rural setting 20 minute drive from Hornsea.
Fab place to have some quality family time or celebrate a special birthday
Stayed in the ashram the bedroom was too small the bed was really uncomfortable as the seating furniture was as well it is a lovely quiet place and relaxing but the lodge had a big problem of flies it was like playing fly tennis all day and night so that ruined it a lot hottub was lovely so that what was best about our stay.
My friend and I had a fantastic long bank holiday weekend in the Madagascar lodge at North Star Sanctum. Simon the owner couldn't have been more helpful and it was fascinating to hear more from him about the journey of creating North Star.I'd definitely recommend going here and we'll likely be back again soon.
