Today we had an appointment to get a spare fob (keyless entry) for our Jazz RS recently purchased! WOW, we were treated like royalty by you super freindly and knowledgeable staff, they went the extra mile and got new emergency key cut very quickly and were very impressed! Like many others trying to find a vehicle to lease in 2022 it has been difficult to to say the least. Then I called Daryl at North Shore Honda, and he was able to arrange delivery of a new CR-V at a reasonable (in 2022 terms) lease rate. This place is full of thieves. Atrocious financing offers, "included" services that cost thousands of dollars and false advertising of prices. We were lied to multiple times about terms of our car our purchase. Truly one of the worst car buying experiences of my life. Never shop here, don't step foot in the door, never even load up their website. Absolutely the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with in my life.
