I had a great experience with Rich at North Shore Honda. Rich was a great communicator, seemingly honest and just had an all around super pleasant personality. I haven’t bought the car yet, but if I do, it will be from Rich. This Rich is the new guy who is a marathon runner.
I got a Honda Odyssey from this dealer. Denis is cool guy and all the process went through smoothly. I don't have any complains so far. I absolutely recommend this person to other people.
Today we had an appointment to get a spare fob (keyless entry) for our Jazz RS recently purchased! WOW, we were treated like royalty by you super freindly and knowledgeable staff, they went the extra mile and got new emergency key cut very quickly and were very impressed! The waiting area, free WIFI and delicious coffee where an absolute bonus, a young technician came and spoke to us about using the fob. Like many others trying to find a vehicle to lease in 2022 it has been difficult to to say the least. Then I called Daryl at North Shore Honda, and he was able to arrange delivery of a new CR-V at a reasonable (in 2022 terms) lease rate. This place is full of thieves. Atrocious financing offers, "included" services that cost thousands of dollars and false advertising of prices. We were lied to multiple times about terms of our car our purchase. Truly one of the worst car buying experiences of my life. Never shop here, don't step foot in the door, never even load up their website. Absolutely the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with in my life.
I spoke with Mr. Corey internet Director several times over a four week period regarding a 2020 Honda Civic Coupe. Corey kept in touch and was very nice through out this whole experience. Finally today Wednesday May 4th I went to North Shore Honda to look at this vehicle. I met Corey who introduced me to a Outstanding Sales Rep. Noel Ledesma.
