In a great area, small, basic building but clean. No real reception area. Everyone is helpful.

The dealership is fantastic I leased all my Hondas from there but when I was there recently for inspection Mike (not luisi) was rude. Stated I should go to where I got the tints on my windows done. He could of just said no the inspection could not be done.
I was greeted as I entered and advised where to park for my service. I was directed to the entrance where I was greeted again with prompt service. I was advised of my price of service and wait time which was very much appreciated (and accurate wait time). The staff I encountered while waiting was very engaging and pleasant. I was very surprised and happy with the Service. This was my first visit to a Honda dealership.
It was an absolute pleasure and stress free experience buying a car at North Shore Honda. Every person we came in contact with was very professional and extremely nice. We had very bad experiences at other dealerships. We knew what car we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and we closed the deal in 15 minutes at North Shore Honda. We highly recommend this dealer.
