Buyer beware North Shore Honda do not honor their signed agreed prices on leases . Recently picked up a 2023 CRV Ex with a signed agreed COD price only to be up charged with a bogus Bank Fee and added 1st month payment by Valerie in finance and Gary the sales manger. They play a shell game with the numbers , when you go to pick up the car. Very disappointed as I thought I was a valued customer of theirs .
Always try to get you in for service when you ask or need it. They actually care about you and your car.

This was my first experience buying a car/going to a dealership. I was ready to deal with all of the negative stereotypes you hear about car salespeople—especially given the fact that I’m relatively young and did not have a man with me. I am so glad there was nothing tricky, nothing weird. Jonathan was honest, helpful, and overall great. I took the car with a cosmetic defect and he has been in touch with me about the replacement.
